  • Help shape the future of our organization by building the teams that define it.
  • Architect our talent strategy and mentor a team dedicated to finding top talent that fits our values and culture.
  • Lead talent acquisition strategies and goals aligned with Senior HR Leadership direction for the Niterra US and Canada.
  • Develop talent acquisition reporting and departmental KPI’s.
  • Lead, coach and mentor, talent acquisition team with a direct report in Wixom and dotted line to West Virginia talent acquisition.
  • Actively recruit candidates for open positions across various geographical markets and professional functions.
  • Lead the evaluation and development of processes, programs and tools aimed to have a high-performing TA function.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR team to develop recruiting strategies for long/short term hiring goals.
  • Develop requisitions details, ideal candidate profiles, screening and interview questions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience
  • Experience recruiting for multiple roles across various teams and locations.
  • Working knowledge of an applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Experience with college recruiting and internship programs.
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to passively recruit candidates
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (i.e. Excel, MS Word and Outlook)
