- Architect our talent strategy and mentor a team dedicated to finding top talent that fits our values and culture.
- Lead talent acquisition strategies and goals aligned with Senior HR Leadership direction for the Niterra US and Canada.
- Develop talent acquisition reporting and departmental KPI’s.
- Lead, coach and mentor, talent acquisition team with a direct report in Wixom and dotted line to West Virginia talent acquisition.
- Actively recruit candidates for open positions across various geographical markets and professional functions.
- Lead the evaluation and development of processes, programs and tools aimed to have a high-performing TA function.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR team to develop recruiting strategies for long/short term hiring goals.
- Develop requisitions details, ideal candidate profiles, screening and interview questions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting for multiple roles across various teams and locations.
- Working knowledge of an applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Experience with college recruiting and internship programs.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to passively recruit candidates
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (i.e. Excel, MS Word and Outlook)
