About the role
- Communicates, solicits, and promotes consumer finance products and programs to assigned dealers
- Conducts, develops and presents competitor comparisons to promote company products
- Acts as a liaison between dealership and internal NMAC departments
- Solicits dealer feedback on customer service performance to dealers and consumers
- Facilitates lease vehicle returns and assists with related problems
- Administers contest and incentive programs for assigned territory
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required
- Six or more years of progressively responsible related experience at a professional level
- Two or more years in field sales, service or dealer relationship management
- Two or more years in automotive credit analysis, consumer lending, commercial lending, and/or assurance products
- More than 50% day and overnight travel
- Ability to perform work onsite at Cleveland and Columbus, OH and surrounding areas
- MVR Required
