About the role

  • Communicates, solicits, and promotes consumer finance products and programs to assigned dealers
  • Conducts, develops and presents competitor comparisons to promote company products
  • Acts as a liaison between dealership and internal NMAC departments
  • Solicits dealer feedback on customer service performance to dealers and consumers
  • Facilitates lease vehicle returns and assists with related problems
  • Administers contest and incentive programs for assigned territory

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required
  • Six or more years of progressively responsible related experience at a professional level
  • Two or more years in field sales, service or dealer relationship management
  • Two or more years in automotive credit analysis, consumer lending, commercial lending, and/or assurance products
  • More than 50% day and overnight travel
  • Ability to perform work onsite at Cleveland and Columbus, OH and surrounding areas
  • MVR Required
