• Deliver exceptional support by handling customer inquiries about utility bills, service requests, account transfers, and emergency calls
• Respond to billing inquiries, investigate meter readings, and resolve issues related to billing accuracy or payments
• Handle emergency calls promptly and professionally
• Process customer requests for move-ins, account additions, and service transfers

Director

• The Sr Dir Technical Training is accountable for providing services focused on driving and executing organizational training needs across NiSource's Electric and Gas Utilities.
• This role partners with peers within the broader organization to leverage training requirements.
• This position will assist with creating and driving the training strategy, prioritizing, and seeking funding for new training requests.
• The Sr Dir Technical Training instills operational rigor and continuous improvement focus across the Utility Operations Support groups to enable the successful delivery of business results.
• This is accomplished by partnering closely with the Utility Presidents and SVP, Utility Technical Services to align priorities, investments and deliver intended results.
• Serves as liaison and partner in supporting and leveraging NiSource-wide initiatives, standards, and collaborative efforts.

Senior Director, Technical Training

IT Support

• Works closely with the Application Development, Infrastructure, Security, PMO, Data and Analytics teams to provide overall architecture leadership
• Build out the architecture vision, strategy, and capability roadmap
• Provides senior level expertise on overall direction, guidance, definition, decisions, and priorities regarding the enterprise’s overall architecture
• Interact with business leaders, IT leaders, vendors, and industry experts to translate business requirements, understand options to capabilities, and create architecture blueprints
• Help business leaders and their teams think through the technology, business, and operational implications of their technology investment decisions
• Reviews, advises, and designs standard software and hardware builds, system options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on the enterprise business process and goals
• Lead architectural collaboration and governing processes including Architecture Review Boards, Solution Architecture reviews, exception management, and related processes
• Researching, analyzing, designing, proposing, and delivering solutions that are appropriate for the business and technologies strategies.
