Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for executing the Enterprise Change Management strategy
Support the implementation of enterprise-wide change methodology
Partner across program teams to help design and deliver communications, training, and engagement activities
Assess change impacts and develop targeted enablement strategies
Monitor stakeholder adoption and engage stakeholders effectively
Develop and deliver targeted communication materials and training content
Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative metrics to assess readiness and adoption
Identify resistance areas and contribute to mitigation strategies
Assist in developing engagement events to build understanding and future adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
1-3 years experience in change management-related programs
Change Management Expertise
Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with and through others
Strong reliability
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to effectively manage stakeholders in a matrixed environment
Ability to interpret data and work with analytic models and advanced technologies
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
