About the role
- Supports the execution of enterprise-wide Workplace Connection strategies
- Coordinates and executes employee engagement activities and recognition initiatives
- Applies subject-matter expertise to integrate employee value proposition into local engagement efforts
- Identifies emerging trends in workforce engagement and informs program enhancements
- Builds and maintains collaborative relationships with HR, Communications, and business units
- Partners with external organizations to support diverse talent pipelines
- Provides coaching and advisory support to ERG and Council leaders
- Supports the design and delivery of inclusion-related learning experiences and workshops
- Evaluates and partners with external vendors for specialized learning initiatives
- Contributes to the development of inclusion-focused skill-building programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
- Effective project management skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into practical recommendations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
