About the role
- Manage the administration and coordination of RFQs and tenders for both local and overseas customers
- Liaise with air and ocean product heads to obtain pricing, service information and operational input
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive tender submissions
- Support the sales team by ensuring RFQ responses are completed within deadlines
- Maintain and organise tender documentation and RFQ records
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve RFQ success rates and sales processes
- Work collaboratively with sales and operational teams to ensure proposals align with customer requirements and company capabilities
Requirements
- Experience within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain environments
- Exposure to RFQs, tenders, or pricing coordination within logistics or transport
- Strong organisation and project coordination skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across departments
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and administrative skills
