General

• Manage end-to-end export processes including collections, airline bookings, and final delivery arrangements
• Act as a key contact for some of our largest Key Accounts
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation including AWBs, invoices, and customs declarations
• Arranging collections from customers and deliveries to airline
• Booking flights with airlines
• Finalising Consolidations
• Handle special shipment types such as GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and Dangerous Goods (DG), ensuring strict adherence to procedures
• Coordinate customs clearances, with knowledge of IPRs, SIEL/OIEL licenses, and Carnet procedures
• Finalise consolidations and conduct post-flight checks
• Closing of files, completing invoicing on job level
• Maintain accurate records and data entry using in-house systems and office software
• Ensure timely and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
• Collaborate closely with team members and escalate issues to the senior management as required
• Undertake any additional duties as assigned by management

Air Export Coordinator

• Receive, review, and process export documentation for an assigned base of accounts.
• Process and follow Shipper’s Letter of Instructions accurately.
• Prepare and process Delivery Orders, BLs, Insurance Certificates, Certificates of Origin, Shipper’s Export Declarations, … through the GS-NET system and Cargowise.
• Meet all company and government deadlines for processing these documents.
• Prepare and/or send advance notification of shipments and documents to shippers, consignees, and destination offices, as required.
• Arrange, book, and confirm cargo space on vessels.
• Calculate freight rates and insurance accurately and according to established procedures.
• Close files and distribute documents in accordance with pertinent requirements and in compliance with export standards.
• Communicate with clients, co-workers, and supervisors in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
• Adhere to all domestic and international shipping regulations.
• Advise department Supervisor or Manager of any transaction problems or irregularities.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Ocean Export Forwarder

• - Receive, review, and process import documentation for an assigned base of accounts.
• - Process and follow Customer’s Letter of Instructions accurately.
• - Prepare and process all import related documentation through the GS-NET system and Cargowise.
• - Meet all company and government deadlines for processing these documents.
• - Prepare and/or send advance notification of arrivals and documents to shippers, consignees, and origin offices, as required.
• - Instruct overseas offices to arrange, book, and confirm cargo space on vessels.
• - Calculate freight rates and insurance accurately and according to established procedures.
• - Close files and distribute documents in accordance with pertinent requirements and in compliance with import standards.
• - Communicate with clients, co-workers, and supervisors in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
• - Adhere to all domestic and international shipping regulations.
• - Advise department Supervisor or Manager of any transaction problems or irregularities.
• - Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• - Perform other duties as assigned.

Ocean Import Operated Forwarder

• Plan, build, and manage air export consolidations (consols) through the gateway
• Coordinate cargo from multiple branches and customers into groupage shipments
• Manage airline bookings and space allocations to support consolidation plans
• Ensure timely cargo cut-offs, build-up, and uplift in line with flight schedules
• Liaise with internal export teams, overseas offices, and key accounts to align shipment priorities
• Prepare and verify export and consolidation documentation, including MAWB/HAWB, manifests, and customs paperwork
• Monitor cargo flow into the gateway and resolve delays or discrepancies proactively
• Optimise routing and carrier selection to balance cost efficiency and service levels
• Handle specialist cargo including GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and Dangerous Goods (DG) in line with regulations
• Ensure compliance with customs procedures, aviation security, and export controls (e.g., IPRs, SIEL/OIEL, Carnets where applicable)
• Perform post-flight checks and manage exceptions or claims
• Complete file closure and support accurate invoicing at consolidation/job level
• Maintain accurate records within internal systems (e.g., Cargowise/AS400)
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the network
• Identify opportunities to improve consolidation efficiency and gateway performance
• Escalate operational issues to senior management where required
