Research, collect, and maintain accurate OID mappings to our existing data model
Maintain alignment with security frameworks, compliance data, and IT operations standards
Engaging with the engineering team to implement and test mappings on virtual hardware and devices as needed
Conduct compliance control reviews to ensure coverage, traceability, and alignment with compliance and industry best practices
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to streamline OID mapping, control validation, and content production workflows
Build and maintain structured technical content and scripting enhancements for IT operations software products
Research emerging IT operations standards and security best practices; design and standardize new mappings and frameworks within the product
Continuously improve and update the content database through research, gap analysis, quality assurance, and process optimization initiatives

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in an MSP or enterprise IT environment supporting Windows and/or Linux systems
1-2 years of experience in developing PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and troubleshooting
Foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, endpoints, networking, and managed services tools
Basic understanding of vulnerability management, patching, and security control concepts
Familiarity with core networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and device troubleshooting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Ability to research technical documentation and clearly document processes and findings
Motivated to learn, improve processes, and contribute to automation initiatives
