About the role

  • Build, manage, and expand NinjaOne’s ecosystem of venture capital and private equity relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investment teams
  • Source, structure, and activate capital-backed partnership opportunities
  • Identify investment-backed platforms and portfolio companies
  • Support broader strategic business development initiatives beyond capital partnerships
  • Partner with Sales to accelerate enterprise opportunities

Requirements

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in business development, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, corporate development, or capital-adjacent roles
  • direct experience working with or alongside VC and or PE firms
  • strong understanding of PE platform strategies, roll-ups, and portfolio dynamics
  • experience supporting enterprise B2B SaaS environments
  • credibility engaging with investors, operating partners, and senior executives
  • ability to communicate clearly and concisely with executive presence
