About the role
- Build, manage, and expand NinjaOne’s ecosystem of venture capital and private equity relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investment teams
- Source, structure, and activate capital-backed partnership opportunities
- Identify investment-backed platforms and portfolio companies
- Support broader strategic business development initiatives beyond capital partnerships
- Partner with Sales to accelerate enterprise opportunities
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience in business development, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, corporate development, or capital-adjacent roles
- direct experience working with or alongside VC and or PE firms
- strong understanding of PE platform strategies, roll-ups, and portfolio dynamics
- experience supporting enterprise B2B SaaS environments
- credibility engaging with investors, operating partners, and senior executives
- ability to communicate clearly and concisely with executive presence
