About the role

  • Own demand generation strategy across channels, including events, partnerships, content syndication, and ABM
  • Build and manage a predictable pipeline engine aligned to revenue goals
  • Partner with Sales to align on ICPs, buying committees, messaging, and pipeline conversion
  • Lead campaign planning from concept through execution, optimization, and reporting
  • Use data to continuously test, learn, and improve performance across the funnel
  • Own funnel metrics including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC, and ROI
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate value propositions into high-performing campaigns
  • Manage and grow a high-performing demand gen team and agency partners
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation and attribution models
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring new ideas to the table

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
  • 10+ years of experience leading or managing teams
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue in a high-growth environment
  • Deep experience across events, partnerships, lifecycle, and account-based marketing
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort owning metrics and dashboards
  • Hands-on leader who can both set strategy and execute
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience in healthcare or health IT is a plus
