Quality Project Manager

Procurement

• Manage the company’s vehicle fleet lifecycle, including acquisition, assignment, maintenance, and disposal
• Monitor fleet performance, fuel usage, mileage, and operating costs to optimize efficiency and reduce expenses
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate fleet records such as registration, licensing, inspections, warranties, and service histories
• Develop and implement fleet policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all fleet-related insurance claims, including accidents, damage, theft, and liability incidents
• Initiate, track, and manage insurance claims from first notice of loss (FNOL) through final resolution
• Collaborate with drivers, supervisors, and insurance carriers to gather incident documentation, statements, photos, and police reports
• Monitor claim progress, negotiate settlements when needed, and ensure timely reimbursement from insurers
• Review estimates, repair invoices, and adjust reports for accuracy and cost control
• Ensure all fleet operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations (DOT, OSHA, state DMV requirements, etc.)
• Conduct regular safety audits, driver training, and post-incident reviews to mitigate risk and prevent future incidents
• Track and report on fleet safety metrics, claim trends, and loss ratios
• Maintain proper documentation for audits, insurance renewals, and internal reporting
• Manage relationships with repair shops, leasing partners, rental agencies, telematics providers, and insurance carriers
• Coordinate vehicle rentals or replacements during repairs or downtime
• Work closely with Finance, HR, Safety, and Operations to support organizational goals
• Maintain accurate fleet databases and insurance claim logs
• Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, costs, claims status, and KPIs for leadership
• Use telematics and fleet management software to drive productivity, safety, and compliance
• Support the execution of indirect procurement activities across the Americas region in alignment with global indirect category strategies

Sales

• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, dealer sales force, direct accounts, and end users
• Achieve all annual sales and performance goals
• Report significant activity to the Regional Sales Director

• Travel within the sales region to maintain and grow business

• Own the technical strategy, architecture, and evolution of scrubber dryer and sweeper platforms.
• Ensure platforms meet performance, safety, durability, and regulatory requirements across global markets.
• Lead structured lifecycle management, including cost optimization, quality improvements, and end-of-life planning.
• Drive modular platform architectures enabling reuse, scalability, and efficient variant creation.
• Lead, coach, and develop multi-disciplinary engineering teams in Hungary and Italy.
• Build strong technical alignment with Technology teams in China and Hadsund, ensuring shared standards, component roadmaps, and coordinated development.
• Oversee cross-site execution, resource planning, and engineering processes to ensure consistent delivery.
• Translate customer needs and market trends in commercial cleaning into actionable technical strategies.
• Guide development of new technologies such as battery systems, brushless motors, water management systems, squeegee and brush technologies, suction systems, and digital/IoT features.
• Oversee prototyping, testing, validation, and industrialization of new solutions.
• Ensure robust engineering practices including DFMEA, DFM/DFA, reliability engineering, and compliance with global standards.
• Partner with Product Management to define platform roadmaps and feature sets.
• Work closely with Operations, Quality, Procurement, and Service to ensure manufacturability, reliability, and serviceability.
• Support supplier development and sourcing strategies for key components (motors, batteries, electronics, plastics, mechanical assemblies).

R&D Director – Floorcare

Compliance

• Monitor EU and international legislation and standardization activities relevant to Nilfisk products and technologies, including Ecodesign, Energy Labelling, Machinery Regulation, and sustainability‑related legislation
• Collect regulatory and standardization intelligence through trade organizations, industry forums, standardization bodies, and public consultations
• Proactively assess relevance and business impact of external developments by coordinating with internal stakeholders across PCS, Technology R&D, Product Lines, and ESG
• Provide structured regulatory horizon scanning and periodic updates tailored to Nilfisk priorities and product roadmaps
• Translate regulatory and standardization developments into clear, actionable internal guidance, ensuring internal alignment before external positions are taken
• Represent Nilfisk in selected external working groups and forums where strategic relevance has been identified
