About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support sales development and improve the customer experience
  • Conduct strategic planning and manage opportunities through CRM
  • Support sales management process and execute inside sales campaigns
  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Determine and execute regular call cadence with accounts
  • Conduct virtual product meetings and strategic business reviews
  • Collaborate with field sellers to support site visits and training
  • Provide pricing support on opportunities
  • Check inventory status for open opportunities
  • Provide order tracking to customers
  • Generate customer quotes and enter opportunities into Salesforce
  • Facilitate and execute the New Account Set-Up Process for new dealers and end users

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Associates degree preferred
  • 5+ years of proven Inside Sales experience for B2B and/or B2C
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong strategic planning skills
  • Team player, able to interact with all functional areas and all organizational levels
  • Self-starter, highly motivated
  • Open to feedback and coaching
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proficient in SFDC, Concur and able to run and evaluate iCube reports (or similar systems with the ability to learn quickly)
