About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support sales development and improve customer experience
Conduct strategic business reviews with customers
Provide quote proposals and/or complete RFPs
Act as primary point of contact for account
Perform research and discovery on target accounts
Develop and engage a pre-defined list of strategic account targets
Collaborate with field sellers as necessary to support site visits
Generate all customer quotes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Associates degree preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong strategic planning skills
Team player, able to interact with all functional areas and organizational levels
Self-starter, highly motivated
Open to feedback and coaching
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Capability to quickly learn new software and systems
Proficient in SFDC, Concur and able to run and evaluate iCube reports
