About the role
- Provide technical expertise and escalation support for the NCS organization globally.
- Develop regional technical support roles and train regional technical support worldwide.
- Consolidate and review all warranty claims and oversee warranty claims process.
- Liaison with product company stakeholders on systemic issues and lead Root Cause Analyses (RCA).
- Lead Product Quality Meetings (PQM) and conduct regular product meetings with Product Company.
- Develop tools, presentations, communication documents, and work instructions for service group products.
- Oversee development and distribution of technical bulletins and provide product feedback to improve quality.
- Implement NCS Warranty policy, track/review warranty reports, perform warranty data analysis and reporting.
- Identify and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurrence of issues.
- Provide technical input for aftermarket products and services development.
- Support QMS requirements and conform with international, state, and federal regulations.
- Participate in technical seminars, customer events, and trade shows as needed.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in an engineering or technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in international manufacturing or industrial services company.
- Experience in product companies or service companies is required.
- Technical experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of the NCE&IG Group’s products is preferred.

- Presentation and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop tools, presentations, brochures, articles, press releases, etc.
- Ability to develop training materials and deliver training programs.
