About the role
- The Data Analyst TPA helps Operations leadership manage KPIs through reporting, dashboards, and analysis.
- Forecast key metrics such as revenue performance and productivity and perform regression analyses.
- Extract and merge data from sources using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Micro Strategies.
- Create reporting and dashboards to reflect KPIs for TPA Operations leadership.
- Assess reports and dashboards to identify opportunities and make recommendations.
- Proactively explore trends in business performance metrics to determine cause/effect.
- Develop miscellaneous ad hoc reports as directed by Operations leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics/Statistics/Information Science, or equivalent, in related discipline.
- 1-3 years of professional work experience in finance, data analytics, operational reporting, or equivalent experience related to data analysis preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Experience with or working knowledge of TPA (Third Party Administrator) business model including claims billing, processing, and reporting.
- Ability to create data models to forecast and assess outcomes of various business activities.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on pattern recognition.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
- Required to work cross functionally with various teams throughout Personify Health.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
