About the role
- Source, recruit, screen, interview, assess, and recommend candidates for engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, and supply chain opportunities
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers, qualify job requirements, create recruiting plan, and develop recruitment marketing strategy
- Advise and educate hiring managers on interviewing, selection, and compensation planning
Requirements
- BA in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field
- 7+ years of talent acquisition experience
- PHR Certification or SHRM Certified Professional or SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus
- Knowledge of employment law, recruiting practices, and selection procedures
- Experience with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System a plus
