About the role
- Source, recruit, screen, interview, assess, and recommend candidates for engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, and supply chain opportunities
- Represent Nikkiso at job fairs and other networking events
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers, qualify job requirements, create recruiting plan, and develop recruitment marketing strategy
- Review compensation guidelines, consider external market data, recommend salary range placement, and negotiate salary offers
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing business or HR related publications, establishing industry networks, and/or participating in professional associations
Requirements
- BA in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field
- 7+ years of talent acquisition experience
- PHR Certification or SHRM Certified Professional or SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus
- Knowledge of employment law, recruiting practices, and selection procedures
- Experience with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System a plus
