About the role

  • Provide expert onsite technical support for installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of cryogenic systems and equipment
  • Serve as a technical advisor to customers, ensuring optimal system performance and adherence to OEM and industry standards
  • Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues using advanced troubleshooting methods
  • Minimize system downtime through efficient root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including inspections, calibration, and component replacement
  • Respond promptly to customer service requests and execute onsite repairs with precision and professionalism
  • Deliver technical training to customers on safe operation and maintenance of cryogenic equipment
  • Prepare detailed field service reports, maintain accurate service records, and document equipment history

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience working with cryogenic systems or closely related technologies
  • Proven experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of complex technical systems
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems
  • Experience planning and executing field service activities and preventive maintenance programs
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering discipline (preferred)
  • Experience in industrial, energy, marine, aerospace, or gas processing environments (preferred)
