About the role
- Source, evaluate, and screen applicants
- Be the main point of contact for candidates during the interview and hiring process
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct behavioral based interview to assess organizational fit
- Document interactions, outreach, and screening results
- Present offers to candidates including compensation and benefits
- Ensure accurate flow of information through full cycle technical recruiting process
- Develop a network of candidates, building strong relationships
Requirements
- 1-2 years of technical recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with utilizing Greenhouse ATS
- Experience recruiting for positions such as Software Engineer, Data Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Web Developer, Data Analyst, etc.
