About the role
- Identify and engage passive talent to keep building Discord's Data and Machine Learning teams.
- Work closely with recruiting team and hiring managers to understand open roles and move candidates through the process.
- Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS (Greenhouse).
- Track/report information regarding candidate pipelines, recruiting funnel metrics, and performance data to internal stakeholders.
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies based on an understanding of the data and machine learning market and each specific role.
- Assist recruiting team to improve existing processes and/or implement new ones.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience sourcing data scientists, data engineers, machine learning engineers, and/or data platform engineers
- Experience with partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging with outstanding candidates in high-growth environments
- US-based (position is US-based)
- Experience maintaining data integrity in ATS (Greenhouse) and tracking recruiting metrics
