• Build and execute a comprehensive territory plan to identify, qualify and close net-new enterprise customers.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand customer needs, qualify, and articulate the value of the Nightfall platform.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level, senior decision makers, enterprise security and insider risk analysts across targeted industries.
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through value articulation, POV execution, negotiation, and closure.

Regional Sales Director

Technical Writer

• Create and maintain documentation for our products, including user guides, product manuals, API documentation, knowledge base articles, release notes, and other relevant technical materials.
• Collaborate with product managers, software developers, sales engineers, and customer success managers to gain a deep understanding of the SaaS product's functionality, features, and user workflows.
• Create comprehensive and accurate API documentation to assist developers and integrators in using Nightfall’s developer platform APIs effectively. Document API endpoints, parameters, request/response examples, authentication methods, and other relevant details.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and conduct usability testing of documentation to ensure it is clear, actionable, and easily understood by users. Gather feedback from users and iterate on the documentation based on their input.
• Understand and adhere to security and compliance standards relevant to our product. Ensure that the documentation reflects the necessary security practices and guidelines.
• Deep knowledge of documentation standards such as DITA, content management processes, creating and maintaining style guides is a must.
• Utilize content management systems (CMS) or other tools to create, manage, and publish documentation. Familiarity with tools like Notion, GitBooks or other industry-standard CMS platforms is beneficial.

Solutions Engineer

• Lead customer deployments and onboarding engagements, including endpoint rollout, SaaS integrations, policy configuration, and detector setup.
• Design and implement custom policies and detectors aligned to customer use cases and compliance requirements.
• Deliver administrator training, investigation workshops, and enablement sessions.
• Build and support custom technical solutions, including API integrations, SIEM/SOAR connectors, migrations, and one-off configuration work.
• Install, configure, and integrate the Nightfall platform within complex customer environments, including access controls and encryption.
• Perform policy tuning, performance optimization, and capacity planning as customer environments evolve.
• Conduct recurring health checks to reduce alert noise, improve detection accuracy, and maintain long-term deployment health.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex or high-severity technical issues, owning problems through resolution.
• Troubleshoot advanced issues related to policy logic, false positives/negatives, integrations, and AI-driven detections.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Product to diagnose issues, provide clear repro steps, and drive platform improvements.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions Engineering to support adoption, renewals, and expansion.
