• Lead customer deployments and onboarding engagements, including endpoint rollout, SaaS integrations, policy configuration, and detector setup.
• Design and implement custom policies and detectors aligned to customer use cases and compliance requirements.

• Create high-quality deliverables throughout the design process including wireframes, user flows, prototypes and pixel-perfect visual design

• Drive quarterly planning and sprint execution across all three platform teams, maintaining alignment on shared milestones and customer commitments.
• Remove blockers relentlessly - technical, organizational, or cross-functional - to keep teams shipping at startup velocity.
• Own end-to-end delivery of the Linux endpoint agent: from initial architecture through GA, coordinating across engineering, QA, security, and CS teams.
• Establish and track engineering health metrics: feature velocity, incident rates, agent reliability SLOs, and customer escalation trends.

Senior Engineering Manager – Endpoint

Full-stack Engineer

• Design and develop data exfiltration prevention applications, kernel modules, system services, and agents on Linux.
• Build and maintain mission-critical endpoint agents that monitor and enforce DLP policies across Linux distributions (Ubuntu, RHEL/CentOS, and others).
• Implement kernel-level event interception using eBPF, LSM hooks, netfilter, fanotify, or similar mechanisms to monitor file, network, and clipboard activity.
• Develop userspace components that integrate with kernel subsystems and enforce policy decisions in real time.
• Collaborate closely with the Mac and Windows endpoint teams to align on cross-platform agent architecture, shared policy models, and consistent DLP behaviors.

• Define success metrics: agent deployment rates, detection accuracy, remediation rates, exfiltration prevention metrics, system performance to avoid user friction and more
• Work directly with engineering on sprint planning, backlog prioritization to achieve predictable release timelines
• Build competitive differentiation by understanding what competitive vendors do poorly or have lack of coverage with endpoints, AI apps and agentic workflows
