About the role
- Execute end-to-end, regression, and exploratory manual tests to validate TripBuilder functionality and performance
- Execute and validate automated smoke and regression test results
- Design comprehensive test plans and test cases and maintain documentation
- Use AI tools to assist test case generation and improve testing efficiency
- Manage testing activities within sprint cycles and communicate blockers
- Groom and validate customer-reported bugs with Product Managers and prioritize fixes
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and squad members to ensure quality
- Explore QA technology trends and contribute to automation and AI-native testing practices
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in software testing or QA roles
- Strong manual testing expertise
- Solid understanding of testing types: functional, regression, smoke, exploratory
- Experience executing and validating automated smoke and regression tests
- Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for testing or curiosity to explore them
- Pragmatic problem-solving and analytical thinking to identify edge cases
- Ability to manage multiple testing tasks and meet sprint deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to write clear bug reports
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Adaptability to work across different squads and changing requirements
- Eagerness to learn new tools and AI-assisted testing methodologies
