Financial Planning and Analysis

• Manage our UK and international payroll, ensuring all of our employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Track compensation changes, salary reviews, and other remuneration adjustments.
• Manage and complete all company bookkeeping; including posting invoices, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Manage prepayments and maintain the fixed asset register.
• Authorise, and process manual payments as required.
• Oversee expense processes and corporate card compliance and ensure timely reimbursement and clear understanding of relevant policies.
• Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and external financial service providers.
• Lead and coordinate the business through internal and external audits, and support preparation of statutory accounts under UK GAAP.
• Provide financial data to support group level reporting and analysis.
• Ensure all finance processes comply with company policies and UK regulatory requirements.
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure timely submissions.
• Support the monthly and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and submit financial and payroll data required by regulatory and statistical authorities (e.g. ONS surveys).

• Own and lead the end to end growth roadmap across revenue growth, acquisition, conversion and other areas, to drive measurable improvements in activation, engagement and retention.

• Embed frictionless UX and strong activation mechanics into all growth initiatives.
• Partner cross functionally with project teams, including Engineers, Designers and Community Managers, to deliver impact.
• Communicate growth strategy, business value, and prioritisation trade-offs with clarity.
• Align stakeholders around clear KPIs and shared success metrics.
• Lead initiatives from discovery through to delivery and iteration.
• Improve processes to accelerate experimentation and decision making velocity.

• Own end-to-end design for growth initiatives across our ecosystem, including desktop and app experiences.
• Identify and prioritise opportunities across the full user lifecycle using research, analysis, and product intuition.
• Define, design, and iterate on experiments that improve activation, engagement, retention, and long-term value.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Community to shape strategy, define hypotheses, and measure impact.
• Turn complex systems and constraints into intuitive, scalable, and accessible experiences.
• Move comfortably from low-fidelity exploration to high-fidelity, production-ready designs and interactive prototypes (code-based prototyping is a plus).
• Contribute to and evolve our design systems to support consistency, speed, and scale as the product grows.
• Act as a design leader within cross-functional teams by offering thoughtful critique, mentorship, and clear direction.
• Engage directly with the modding community to understand creator and user needs, motivations, and pain points, and turn those insights into product decisions.
