About the role
- Own and lead the end to end growth roadmap across revenue growth, acquisition, conversion and other areas, to drive measurable improvements in activation, engagement and retention.
- Identify and scale high impact growth levers across the product.
- Design and run rigorous experiments with relevant methods (from A/B testing to fakedoor tests etc) to validate hypotheses and inform strategy.
- Continuously optimise user journeys and feature adoption using behavioural and commercial data.
- Champion high quality product craft, from clear problem definition to polished execution.
- Translate complex user and business needs into focused roadmaps and well defined opportunities.
- Embed frictionless UX and strong activation mechanics into all growth initiatives.
- Partner cross functionally with project teams, including Engineers, Designers and Community Managers, to deliver impact.
- Communicate growth strategy, business value, and prioritisation trade-offs with clarity.
- Align stakeholders around clear KPIs and shared success metrics.
- Lead initiatives from discovery through to delivery and iteration.
- Improve processes to accelerate experimentation and decision making velocity.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Product Manager, with demonstrated ownership of growth or conversion initiatives.
- Strong understanding of growth frameworks.
- Proven experience running structured experimentation programmes and making data informed decisions.
- Deep understanding of acquisition channels, conversion funnels and impactful optimisations throughout a full user journey.
- Strong product craft, with the ability to balance user experience with commercial impact.
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer obsessed and analytically rigorous.
- Solid understanding of eCommerce and subscription models.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast moving environments.
