About the role
- Lead React Developer responsible for designing and coding workflows, features, and modules in the Nextiva suite
- Drive the evolution of Nextiva’s products to enhance customer engagement on an AI-powered customer and team communication platform
- Act as a senior individual contributor: write code, own end-to-end feature delivery, and participate in architectural and design discussions
- Design, implement and deliver Stand-Alone and REST based API solutions that meet product requirements
- Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (design, product, engineering) to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
- Take ownership of modules from design to implementation and deployment
- Tackle challenging engineering and product problems and create solutions to customer problems
- Work cross-functionally to evaluate priority and need for product initiatives
- Create new ideas with design teams to iterate on the experience
Requirements
- Proficiency in React with strong programming skills
- 5+ years of practical experience in developing enterprise products
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, JavaScript/JQuery, and React.js
- Proficiency in SQL queries
- Experience in team management is mandatory
- Prior involvement in designing, coding, and implementing web applications (preferred)
- Ability to swiftly develop prototypes and minimum viable products for full-stack projects (preferred)
- Aptitude for learning and adapting to new technologies (preferred)
- Strong team player and individual contributor (preferred)
- Adept at debugging and quick problem-solving (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (preferred)
- Ownership mindset, demonstrated by the ability to lead projects
- Self-motivation, dedication, and a commitment to meeting deadlines
- Exceptional multitasking abilities, managing concurrent tasks effectively
