About the role
- Provide technical leadership for AI platform
- Define architecture and standards for high-scale, low-latency inference
- Develop and implement strategy for CI/CD and governance
- Collaborate with security and leadership for resilient AI delivery
- Lead major reliability programs and governance methodologies
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in MLOps, DevOps, or related roles
- IaC with Terraform
- Strong experience in Unix based environments
- Expert with Containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong AWS experience
- Experience in building CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with mature observability stacks
- Deep experience with operationalizing ML/AI models
- Experience with LLMs or AI agents is a plus
