About the role

Oversee a portfolio of healthcare interoperability products.
Manage the full software development lifecycle for a large API solution and four stand-alone products.
Drive continual improvement of the developer experience for shared services projects within NextGen.

Experience with the US Healthcare System, especially regulatory requirements.
Experience with multi-team planning and coordination using the Scaled Agile framework or similar.
Experience with Scrum and Kanban.
Experience managing multiple teams across different tech stacks and deployment models.
High-level understanding of APIs and event-driven architectures.
High-level understanding of cloud environments and the unit economics of SaaS businesses.
