About the role
- Ensure the team's safety while concurrently focusing on maximizing performance and profitability per the operational framework.
- Devise and execute strategies to elevate maintenance practices, diagnostic capabilities, and overall operational efficiency.
- Enforce the implementation of Operational Safety Policy Instructions, ensuring field work aligns with OSHA regulations.
- Actively engage in and lead Business Lean Six Sigma processes and projects.
- Recruit, nurture, retain, guide, and advance resources at sites to uphold professional standards and foster team development.
- Assume accountability for all aspects of timely safety and environmental reporting, financial reporting, and inverter availability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to devise and execute operation-focused feedback and solutions.
Requirements
- Possesses either a bachelor's degree in business or engineering or has accumulated six years of equivalent experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated adaptability to different geographic locations for potential future roles.
- At least five years of hands-on experience in leading field services operations, preferably within utility-scale solar operations.
- Proficiency in collaborating effectively within a complex organizational structure and across all levels of the Company.
- Strong executive presentation skills.
- Certification as a Six Sigma green belt or a comparable quality assurance qualification.
- Proficient in network infrastructure, communication protocols, and web technology.
- Established track record of managing profit and loss responsibilities.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities and a track record of thriving in cross-functional and team-oriented environments.
