About the role

  • Support the successful launch and long-term performance of new solar and battery storage projects
  • Focus on readiness and transition activities for the first 2–3 years
  • Manage day-to-day transition processes to ensure timely and efficient completion
  • Conduct field inspections of PV modules, inverters, trackers, and more
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose PV system issues
  • Support warranty claim documentation
  • Validate SCADA and monitoring system readiness

Requirements

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Experience: 5+ years
  • Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
  • Licensed Electrician
  • Licensed Master Electrician
  • Cable Locating Principles&Techniques
  • Cer Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified
