About the role
- Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through email, LinkedIn and cold calling.
- Assessing or creating opportunities for NB’s Products.
- Qualifying the prospect and systematically introducing Sales to engage further.
- Ability to seed ideas, tell product stories to potential customers to draw their attention towards NB.
- Attending industry events and educational workshops as required.
- Should also be able to conduct research on market trends and competitors.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Updating the CRM system on a regular basis.
- Utilising virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
- Creating target account list based on ICP.
Requirements
- 3 years of hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Proven track record in call handling both incoming & outgoing
- Must have SaaS experience
- Knowledge and experience of US Market segment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
