• Independently managing customer accounts (from onboarding, optimization to renewal)
• Analyzing cross-channel performance data with the customer (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snap, ChatGPT Ads etc.)
• Identifying optimization opportunities and actionable recommendation
• Consulting our customers on performance marketing topics and best practices for AI implementation
• Close collaboration with Account Managers to strategically develop customer accounts
• Close collaboration with our Product & ML teams to advance our platform

Performance Marketing Manager – Customer Success

• Independently manage client accounts (from onboarding through optimization to contract renewals)
• Analyze cross-channel performance data together with clients (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snap, ChatGPT Ads, etc.)
• Identify optimization opportunities and provide concrete recommendations for action
• Advise our clients on performance marketing topics and best practices for AI implementation
• Work closely with Account Managers on the strategic development of client accounts
• Collaborate closely with our Product & ML teams to further develop our platform

Performance Marketing Expert – Customer Success

Marketing

• Own end-to-end event planning and coordination across our key markets (DACH, IT, UK + potential new ones)
• Help running and shaping our webinar series : from setup to nurturing flows and follow-up, built as agentic workflows wherever it makes sense
• Contribute to content creation for our website and social media using Claude, MCPs, and our internal tools
• Support the marketing team with ongoing initiatives and ad hoc projects using Claude/ChatGPT, MCPs, and our internal tools
