About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently manage client accounts (from onboarding through optimization to contract renewals)
  • Analyze cross-channel performance data together with clients (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snap, ChatGPT Ads, etc.)
  • Identify optimization opportunities and provide concrete recommendations for action
  • Advise our clients on performance marketing topics and best practices for AI implementation
  • Work closely with Account Managers on the strategic development of client accounts
  • Collaborate closely with our Product & ML teams to further develop our platform

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years (>3 years) of experience in performance marketing (agency or advertiser side); initial experience in a small company/startup or scale-up is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment of client-facing work
  • A proactive mindset and the drive to advise clients with high-quality solutions
  • Curiosity about AI and automation. You don’t need to be a developer, but you should be eager to work smarter with AI
  • Very strong analytical skills and confidence working with data. Experience with incrementality testing, causal impact analysis, A/B testing, or econometrics/Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) is a plus
  • Native-level German and fluent (business/professional) English
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (client meetings, team events)
