About the role
- Connecting with our existing customers through inbound & outbound calls
- Retain our merchant customers from across various industries by successfully upselling, cross-selling and re-negotiating contracts.
- Contributing and exceeding personal and team KPI’s
- Contribute to the team atmosphere with a positive, optimistic and open mindset
- Cooperating with rest of the Merchant Services teams to continuously develop our business
Requirements
- Proven track record of high performance from sales or retention, within Telecom, Fintech, insurance – or other relevant industry
- Fluent in Finnish, English at business level, Swedish is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to identify customer pain points and create strategies to address them
