- Facilitating effective communication between team members and clients
- Maintaining high standards of ethics, integrity, and quality in management
- Tight collaboration with global product, partnerships, and engineering teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT project management positions
- Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Experience in managing both small and large-scale IT projects
- Self-reliance, independence, and ability to make decisions
- Strong sense of ownership and drive for team’s success
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- PSM and/or PMP certification (desirable)
