Operations

• Oversee all aspects of branch operations and customer service, with a primary focus on delivering the NexaMotion Value Proposition to achieve profit goals.
• Manage warehouse operations, coordinate delivery and logistics, oversee inventory management, and ensure effective office support functions such as deposits, credit spreads, CODs, and reverse logistics.
• Achieve branch operations and profitability plan.
• Conduct review of branch P&L to ensure cost structure and profit optimization.
• Maintain an ongoing, effective relationship with key customers within the local market and maintain overall service standards for entire customer base.
• Implement operations best practices at assigned branch.
• Participate in annual budgeting process.
• Oversee cash management process between the Branch and the Regional Credit department; work with Regional Credit Manager to address local customer credit/collection issues.
• In conjunction with Regional Operations Manager, review location to ensure current facility is optimized with respect to customer service and delivery reach.
• Lead a team of ~5 employees, including warehouse employees and delivery drivers.

• Manage and grow installer customer sales in designated area
• Build and maintain installer customer relationships
• Manage a book of business to meet and exceed sales growth plan
• Serve as the primary face of NMG to installer customers
• Communicate promotional sales initiatives
• Discuss category growth strategies
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
• Assist with accounts receivable and product training
• Ensure weekly visit count expectations are met
• Conduct scheduled meetings with branch managers
