Account Executive

• Assists customers in determining and selecting appropriate parts.
• Provides price quotes and other parts information.
• Informs customers of specials and companion part requirements, ensuring that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
• Represents branch in a professional manner, remaining friendly and courteous in all customer and coworker interactions.
• Fills parts orders from stock.
• Notifies manager of out-of-stock parts or other department materials that require immediate attention.
• Locates out-of-stock parts from external sources and submits emergency orders, as necessary.
• Notifies customers of receipt of special order parts.
• Informs customers of parts order arrival and delivery date.
• Verifies will-call and back orders weekly and returns to vendors.
• Follows up on back orders.
• Provides customers with their copy of invoices.
• Receives payment for retail purchases.
• Obtains credit authorizations or required signatures for charge sales.
• Issues credits for returned parts after verifying purchase and pricing by reviewing original invoice.
• Participates in annual physical inventory.
• Assists Branch Manager with maintaining lost sales tracking program.
• Keeps work area clean and free of clutter.
• Performs weekly branch cleaning in cooperation with the rest of the branch staff.
• Stays informed of new products and product updates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Counter Sales Representative

Manager

• The Assistant Branch Manager will report to the Director of Sales and Operations, and will be responsible for assisting the branch operations, while providing outstanding service to our customers.
• Achievement of KPIs in these areas: warehouse operations, coordinating delivery / logistics, inventory management, office support management to include deposits, credits, and CODs, and reverse logistics.
• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing excellent customer service in accordance with NMG policies and procedures.
• Fulfill incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently, while maintaining precise inventory control.
• Maintain an ongoing, effective relationship with key customers within the local market and maintain overall service standards for the entire customer base.
• Implement operations best practices at the assigned branch, maintaining a clean and organized workplace.
• Assist and oversee cash management process between the Branch and the Regional Credit department; work with Regional Credit Manager to address local customer credit/collection issues.
• In conjunction with Regional Operations Manager, review location to ensure current facility is optimized with respect to customer service and delivery reach.
• Help Lead a team of 3+ employees, including warehouse employees and delivery drivers.

Assistant Branch Manager

Payroll

• Process and assist with weekly and bi-weekly payroll for U.S., Puerto Rico, Canada, and union team members.
• Calculate, process, and reconcile payroll deductions including taxes, benefits, 401(k) contributions, garnishments, and court-ordered deductions.
• Audit payroll and timekeeping data for accuracy prior to processing.
• Review payroll reports to identify and resolve errors, missing items, or inconsistencies.
• Support payroll adjustments including PTO, leaves of absence, and one-time payments.
• Process payroll corrections as needed.
• Maintain payroll documentation and tracking records.
• Respond to routine payroll-related questions from team members.
• Assist in researching and resolving pay discrepancies.
• Assist with year-end processes including tax form preparation and audits.
