Backend Engineer

• The company is currently scaling its engineering team to support an ambitious and fast-evolving product roadmap.
• As part of this growth, they are looking to bring on experienced Senior Software Engineers who can contribute to building, improving, and scaling their platform.
• In this role, the engineer will play an active part not only in development, but also in shaping the product direction and exploring innovative technical approaches.

• Working closely with the Tech Lead, the successful candidate will take ownership of:
• Collaborating with Product Management to refine requirements and technical specifications
• Designing integration approaches, breaking down tasks, and providing reliable estimations
• Writing and maintaining high-quality code, including reviews, testing, and deployment processes
• The role involves close collaboration with the broader team, including the co-founder and CTO, alongside product managers, engineers, SREs, and data specialists.
