Performance Marketer
NEXA TalentPerformance Marketer at a technology company focused on executing and scaling performance marketing campaigns. Collaborating with the CMO to optimize current channels and explore new acquisition opportunities.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take full responsibility for one or more paid acquisition channels, with the opportunity to expand scope based on results
- Scale existing campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets
- Build and refine acquisition funnels with a strong focus on measurable growth
- Run rapid testing cycles across creatives, audiences, and placements to improve key metrics such as CAC and LTV
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance on a daily basis using tools such as GA4, Voluum, and internal dashboards
- Translate data into actionable insights, focusing on CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort performance
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks that support both strategic planning and day-to-day decision-making
- Lead the creative briefing process by defining angles, messaging, and formats based on performance data
- Collaborate with content and product teams to launch and optimize high-converting landing pages
- Continuously test and refine funnels to improve conversion rates and reduce creative fatigue
- Build and manage relationships with traffic sources, including negotiating placements and custom deals
- Identify and evaluate new acquisition channels, tools, and formats
- Stay informed on platform updates, policy changes, and algorithm shifts, adapting strategies accordingly
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation and internal tooling
- Create structured processes, playbooks, and experimentation frameworks to enable scalable growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
- Proven experience managing substantial monthly paid media budgets (ranging from mid to high six figures and beyond)
- End-to-end ownership of campaign execution, optimization, and results
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads, or native networks
- Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with tracking systems, dashboards, and tools like GA4 and Voluum
- Ability to translate data into creative strategy and iterate quickly
- Experience optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels
