About the role

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting for business, operations, design & engineering teams from sourcing to close.
  • Closely partner with hiring managers and leadership by advising on market trends, candidate profiles, and recruiting processes that align with business goals
  • Conduct talent market research to provide hiring strategies, compensation benchmarking, and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong, scalable talent pipelines across business functions, including specialized, niche, or emerging roles by leveraging LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment events, and industry networks.
  • Support intern and graduate hiring initiatives, including campus recruitment programs and university partnerships.
  • Support process improvements and tools to enhance candidate engagement and recruiting efficiency.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics and act as a brand ambassador at events, helping to elevate Nex’s talent brand and recruitment journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred)
  • Direct experience working in the technology, gaming, entertainment or consumer electronics industries is desirable
  • Experienced in candidate negotiation and managing recruiting processes to support successful offers
  • Comfortable managing high volumes of requisitions while maintaining quality and attention to detail
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) i.e. Greenhouse
  • Strong advocate for candidate experience
