About the role
- Execute daily community management across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Reddit, and emerging platforms
- Monitor conversations and respond to comments and DMs in a relatable, social-first, and brand-aligned voice
- Escalate customer service issues to CX
- Amplify brand love moments and participate in relevant audience conversations
- Support inbound message spikes during launches, holidays, and high-volume moments
- Execute and optimize engagement initiatives in partnership with the Social Lead
- Identify opportunities to increase replies, saves, shares, and positive sentiment
- Curate high-quality UGC on all social channels
- Collaborate with the brand community team to source customer stories and brief UGC needs for campaigns
- Support content scheduling, publishing, and calendar management across all platforms
- Partner closely with social, CX, brand marketing, paid, publishing, and community teams
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in social media community management or engagement roles
- Experience managing community engagement across multiple platforms
- Strong understanding of modern parent and family audiences
- Demonstrated ability to drive engagement, sentiment, and conversation growth
- Experience using social listening and management tools (e.g., Sprout Social)
- Excellent written communication skills with strong brand judgment
- Experience escalating CX and product issues appropriately
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who takes initiative and identifies opportunities proactively
