About the role

  • Map the organizational hierarchy of target top consulting offices to identify key decision-makers, including Office / Practice Area Leads, Data and Knowledge leads, and senior project leads
  • Take full ownership of the top-of-funnel consulting pipeline and maintain lead data integrity
  • Design and execute multi-channel prospecting cadences (Email, LinkedIn, Phone) that leverage recent firm publications, thought leadership, or news to create highly relevant "hooks”
  • Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for our sellers through targeted outbound outreach
  • Manage an efficient outreach monitoring framework, maintaining full accountability and ownership of key metrics across our consulting funnel
  • Qualify inbound leads and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team
  • Collaborate closely with our Consulting practice Lead and Sales team to refine pitches, messaging, commercial levers, and outreach processes
  • Partner with our internal ex-consulting leaders, to shape and run targeted alumni campaigns and brand building initiatives for consulting clients
  • Consistently achieve or exceed activity and pipeline goals
  • Collaborate in the development and refinement of all BDR sales processes and tools

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or BDR/SDR role (or equivalent experience in a client-facing capacity) preferably within professional services, or market research.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, cold calling, and booking meetings with professional services / consulting executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of curiosity, resilience, and motivation to learn
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Apollo.io, or similar sales engagement platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
  • A goal-oriented, self-motivated attitude with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Valid US work authorization required
