About the role
- Interface with end-users, IT teams and key stakeholders to gather systems requirements for Custom Applications & Integrations.
- Guide customers through understanding technical solutions to their business requirements
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops with clients
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications
- Manage all aspects of application development
- Mentor project crew members by managing peer reviews and provide technical guidance
- Experience with implementing ServiceNow modules
- Creation of script-based Assignment and Approval rules
- Conduct capability Requirements Analysis sessions and customer workshops
- Design custom or product-based solutions based on ServiceNow applications
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience with ServiceNow products
- Minimum 4 years preferred work experience on the ServiceNow
- 3+ years of leadership level experience with Enterprise Management tools and IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow
- 5+ years of client facing consulting experience.
- A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or demonstrated work experience
