About the role
- Understand and document business requirements and user stories for ServiceNow implementations
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts aligned to business processes
- Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing on ServiceNow modules
- Validate configurations across ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Catalog)
- Coordinate with developers, stakeholders, and end users during UAT cycles
- Track, log, and manage defects using ServiceNow/JIRA
- Ensure solutions meet business, compliance, and quality standards
- Support release validation and post-deployment testing
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst / Test Analyst on ServiceNow
- Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules
- Expertise in test case design, execution, and defect management
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Good documentation and stakeholder communication skills
- A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or demonstrated work experience
- Candidate must be willing and able to continue their education within the ServiceNow platform and beyond
