About the role

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketers and Lifecycle Marketers, creating frameworks and playbooks that scale.
  • Segmentation & Personalization: Partner with Analytics to refine customer segmentation using 1st- and 3rd-party data, enabling targeted messaging by customer type (hobbyists, small businesses, larger organizations).
  • Pricing & Offers: Collaborate with Finance, Product and eComm teams to test and refine offer strategies that maximize ROI across acquisition, cross-sell and renewal.
  • GTM Strategy: Go to Market Strategy - Define positioning, value proposition, messaging frameworks, launch sequencing, channel mix and naming conventions to ensure features and benefits deliver maximize value for customers and prospects.
  • Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee omni-channel lifecycle journeys (email, push, in-product, web, social, phone) to deepen customer relationships and feature utilization.
  • Spans end to end onboarding, engagement, upsell and retention.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Acquisition, eCommerce/Web, Analytics and Product Management to ensure collective output delivers measurable impact and efficiently generates incremental revenue.
  • Revenue Impact: Own a holistic view of cross-sell revenue and its contribution to long-term business growth, while analyzing the detailed mechanics of attachment rates, adoption drivers, and renewal performance.
  • Translation insights: Translate insights into actionable levers that increase incremental revenue, strengthen customer relationships, and extend lifetime value.
  • Measurement: Own KPIs across adoption, retention, churn reduction, cross-sell revenue, NPS, and lifetime value.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Growth Marketing with 5+ in leadership roles.
  • Track record of driving measurable impact on adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Experience using 1st- and 3rd-party data to build robust segmentation frameworks.
  • Strong grasp of pricing and packaging strategy, with ability to balance growth and ROI.
  • Exceptional leadership and cross-functional influence skills.
