About the role

  • Design and optimize landing pages tailored to specific direct response campaigns such as email, social, and display
  • Translate marketing goals into high-converting UX and UI including page templates, lead generation forms, funnels, and calls to action
  • Collaborate with digital marketers to ensure seamless pre-click and post-click experiences across channels
  • Use data, A/B testing, user feedback, and analytics to iterate on designs and improve performance metrics
  • Design intuitive, accessible interfaces for responsive environments across SaaS and e-commerce platforms
  • Build interactive wireframes and prototypes to communicate ideas to stakeholders
  • Create user personas and journey maps to inform content and design strategies
  • Collaborate with development and content teams to implement and optimize designs in AEM
  • Conduct usability testing and heuristic evaluations to identify barriers to conversion
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by explaining design rationale supported by data
  • Maintain and evolve style guides, component libraries, and UX patterns

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of UI/UX experience with a clear focus on conversion design in direct response marketing environments
  • Strong portfolio of landing pages, funnels, and campaign-driven designs
  • Experience designing and optimizing experiences that support acquisition campaigns including email, social media, and digital advertising
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira
  • Experience working within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization tactics, UX best practices, and responsive design
  • Proven experience conducting user research, building personas, and mapping conversion-focused customer journeys
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Tableau and Adobe Analytics
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
