About the role
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and drivers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain visitor logs and follow facility security and safety protocols.
- Coordinate visitor appointments, notify employees of arrivals, and manage lobby flow.
- Provide general administrative support to HR, Facilities, Leadership, and other departments as needed.
- Manage front-office supplies and inventory.
- Create a welcoming, clean, and efficient lobby environment.
- Provide friendly and timely responses to employee and visitor inquiries.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or corporate office environments.
- Familiarity with visitor management or security access systems.
- Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving capabilities.
