Requirements
- High School completion or equivalent GED
- Proven experience in a retail management role (2+ years preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Solution-oriented
- Must be able to work in fragrance-filled environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
