About the role
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer creation, and onboarding coordination, for manufacturing and distribution roles
- Conduct phone screens and onsite interviews with candidates for a wide range of hourly positions
- Maintain and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and plant leadership to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Develop pipelines through strong relationships with local community partners, including technical schools, workforce agencies, vocational programs, military organizations, and other local talent sources
- Build trusted, collaborative partnerships with supervisors, production managers, and HR partners to serve as a knowledgeable advisor and staffing resource
- Assist with ongoing process improvements, reporting, and recruitment‑related projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in recruiting, human resources, or related field
- 3+ years of high‑volume manufacturing or hourly recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing capabilities and experience, including community‑based outreach
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors Recruiting strongly preferred)
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve sourcing, candidate communication, or recruiting workflow (preferred)
- Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with leaders at all levels within a plant environment
- Strong teamwork orientation with high energy, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution‑focused approach
