About the role
- Create and execute the long-term strategic plan for the Mogadore facility
- Manage productivity programs to reduce cost/labor spend
- Champion the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies
- Monitor daily production function performance
- Maintain full adherence to the plant budget
- Lead executive-level problem solving regarding labor spend issues
- Create direct/indirect labor level staffing plans
- Provide functional leadership, coaching, and staff development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, Business/Finance, or equivalent
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience
- 5+ years of managerial experience leading large, cross-functional teams
- Advanced ability in calculating labor manning requirements and monitoring labor spend
- Expert-level employee leadership and staff development skills
- Intermediate Financial Modeling and budget creation/adherence
- Proficiency in Operational Excellence/Lean processes and performance improvement tools
