About the role

  • Responsible for Area; develop and implement go-to-market strategy to meet sales targets
  • Allocate budgets and plan market expansion to improve market share
  • Build and expand distribution partners and channels to increase market access
  • Ensure sales administration procedures are implemented to support sales teams
  • Develop regional sales management structure and ensure staffing and training
  • Analyze sales data to forecast sales and form adaptive sales plans
  • Identify and mitigate marketplace challenges to grow volume and profitability
  • Maintain and grow relationships with distributors and channel partners; support trade marketing events
  • Monitor competition to maintain and gain rapid market share
