Engineer

• Responsible for Project Management for all stages of the project lifecycle from initiation through close out for projects and/or programs.
• Manage and implement multiple projects and modifications concurrently.
• Partner and coordinate with all in-house as well as external resources for all activities related to the project.
• Develop & manage design documents/specifications, project presentations, Trustee Items, project funding requests, budgets, forecasts, bid documents, evaluate bid proposals, and make award recommendations.
• Review and contribute to all project documentation including drawings, technical specifications, assessment reports, asset and risk registry, budgets, forecasts, invoices, schedules, variances, etc. for the project.

Associate Project Engineer

• Responsible for Project Management for all stages of the project lifecycle from initiation through close out for projects and/or programs and ensuring deliverables are received incompliance with schedule.
• Manage and implement multiple projects and modifications concurrently.
• Oversee and coordinate all in-house as well as external resources for all activities related to the project.
• Ensure applicable licensing, environmental, permitting, safety, code compliance, construction, and requirements/input of all project stakeholders is incorporated into the project especially during initiation through design phase of the project.
• Develop & manage design documents/specifications, project presentations, Trustee Items, project funding requests, budgets, forecasts, bid documents, evaluate bid proposals, and make award recommendations.
• Partner with Construction Engineers, Engineering, Customers or Service Providers in developing/negotiating contract change orders, preparing invoices and coordinating construction sequencing and site outages, coordinate all field & design changes and quality testing/inspections.
• Review and contribute to all project documentation including drawings, technical specifications, assessment reports, asset and risk registry, budgets, forecasts, invoices, schedules, variances, etc. for the project.
• Perform occasional emergency response, including outside of normal business hours.

Project Engineer I

Security Engineer

• Enforce all rules, regulations and instructions required to provide absolute protective security
• Control all points of vehicle and personnel access to prevent unauthorized entry
• Responsible for the badging of visitors, contractors and vendors

• Organizes project teams, assigns individual responsibilities, develops project schedules, and determines resource requirements.
• Monitors and reports on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing.

• Ensures that quality workmanship is maintained at all times and in accordance with applicable construction procedures, methods, codes and specifications.
• Provide lead construction engineer function for a wide range of large or complex projects.
• Manage construction projects and provide technical oversight for all, in accordance with applicable industry standards.
• Perform factory or field visits to support constructability reviews, inspections, evaluations, and testing.
• Perform site visits to complete field inspections, assisting in as-is field condition walkdowns, and equipment evaluations and develop technical recommendations for complex scenarios with limited oversight.
• Perform occasional emergency response, including outside of normal business hours.
• Independently coordinate cross disciplinary activities for the successful development and execution of projects.
• Provide expertise in the interpretation and application of codes, standards and procedures.
• Set internal standards and procedures.
• Perform inspections and evaluations of existing conditions for various electrical, mechanical, structural equipment and systems for proper installation, problem identification and troubleshooting.
• Recommend improvements to the design and construction.
• Manage the technical and commercial aspects of construction management projects performed by external design entities.
• Represent the Authority at industry conferences, committees, or task forces.
• Provide direction and review for the construction personnel in the development of the construction activities.
• Review designs, specifications, and reports produced by other internal engineers and external consultants.
• Mentor and provide guidance for less qualified construction engineers.
• Provide construction oversight and evaluation of various equipment and systems from the perspective of a design engineer for proper installation, problem identification and troubleshooting or improvement.
